About us

Jens Brodersen is a seasoned M&A and strategy advisor, with over 25 years of industry, consulting and banking experience. He set up the boutique advisory firm Brodersen & Co. in 2003 where he has advised a broad range of clients on international M&A and strategy projects, primarily in the drinks sector.  Since early 2016, Jens is also a Senior Advisor at independent corporate finance firm Spayne Lindsay & Co.

Previously, Jens worked at two leading drinks firms, Diageo and Seagram, where he held senior positions in M&A, general management, sales & marketing, and business development. Jens spent his early career in the investment banking divisions of Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in London, Frankfurt and New York.

Jens holds an MBA from Insead and a MSc in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University, USA.  A native German, he is fluent in English, has good working knowledge of French and is conversational in Spanish. 

Jane Richmond focuses on sector research and route to market analysis.

Jane spent her earlier career in Latin American Equity Sales for BBVA LatInvest where she was responsible for developing and managing the Continental European client base of institutional investors, excluding France and Switzerland. Before moving into sales, she worked as an equity research analyst at Paribas Capital Markets and trained with PwC.

Jane grew up in Brazil.  She speaks Portuguese and conversational Spanish, and has a BA degree in Economics from Stanford University, USA.
